The sun in Summer can be really harsh in the mornings and evenings in the UK. It looks like a bright office light.

Sometimes you just need to stop and sleep. Sometimes its the best thing and you may not even realise that your body needs it. We all need to ensure we get the right amount of it and without it, our cognitive side suffers. Get a good sleep tonight.
